The original upload/video of this meme was an mp4 and was rendered at the wrong framerate, causing the video to have some apparent VSync issues, I rendered this video one day after the other, and doesn’t have the same issue, for some reason. Probably either because MOV files have some kind of safeguard (this video is/was a .mov file), or because I rendered it at the correct frame rate.
